Now, I’ll have to wait until I know the news about the grant, but I have a back-up plan: I’m going to apply to different masters programs in Spain that will take me about a year and will be more suitable for my financial needs since I’m living with my parents, they can afford to pay the fees and I can work to save for a PhD in Hull in about two years, even though I will try to apply for the grant having a M.A (that will count more than a bachelor degree in terms of grades/transcriptions/whatever …)

But now, I’m in peace with myself. I felt like all the effort in the last month wasn’t in vain, since I have better marks in the first semester than in the second one … So this would help my average grade. Anyhow, lets enjoy the summer, I’m worth it!
Now, I have to deal with my future (that is, September) … But till I know what happens with the grant, I can’t do anything …
This is the first summer in four years that I don’t have any exam to retake in September, so the full summer will be like this:
I’m kind of scared since this year has been so intense and stressful in a positive way that I’m worried that I’m gona die of boredom even though this has been what I’ve been waiting for the last month (I’ve been a whole fucking month without stopping studying and thinking about the exams …)
But, anyways, tomorrow I will go to the pool with my boyfriend and he promised to make some guacamole and tacos so … That will be enough for the moment …
Today, I had my Medieval Literature exam in the morning. I took me like 3 hours, and ended up hungry and sweating like a bitch. I had lunch at the Psychology faculty with my family and then return to my faculty to ask the professor a favour with my grades (I need them before the 20th of July for the grant I applied to). He put the marks in front of me and I got a 8 (like A or something).
I was so happy at that moment because these two last weeks it was like hell studying and memorizing dates, names, etc … So, he told he will put the grades on my records this Monday so I would be able to have my transcriptions as soon as possible … I hope all this effort and sacrifice won’t be in vain!
In the future, I would like to own a dog of this race, because they so ill-treated and battered in this stupid country …
